Summary
We are currently looking for Digital Account Managers to join our Client Success Team
This is not a Sales position but one to develop relationships with our current Advertisers from Media Plan Proposals to Campaign set up and activations while delivering insights, recommendations, retention and growth. We expect this team to become a trusted Hispanic Advertisement advisor and customer advocate, while transmitting Pulpo's core values and delivering the best client experience. Travel is required in and outside of local market. Position will report directly to the Senior Vice President.
Essential Functions
* Develop Client Digital Media Plan Proposals and execute with adOps team
* Provide dedicated Account Management service for Key National Accounts
* Daily monitoring of campaign execution
* Resolve issues on a timely manner
* Work cross-functionally within Sales and other organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
* Develop client insights, reporting, and analysis to present media plan results
* Billing reconciliation
Desired Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in related field. Experience in Digital Media required
* Experience with client facing role as a digital Account Manager or Campaign Manager preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
* Capable of taking initiative and negotiating through difficult situations
* Strong understanding of Internet terms and technologies
